House rules

No loud noise between 22:00 and 08:00. No parties, antisocial behaviour or smoking. Additional people and pets require prior approval. Approved pets incur additional fees plus an AUD 200.00 cleaning fee. Do not wear shoes indoors, and report any breakages. House-rule breaches may lead to a $500 fine, compensation for costs or damage, and immediate eviction. Before departure, leave beds unmade, clean and put away dishes, restore moved furniture, take rubbish to the correct bins, turn off appliances, air conditioning and lights, and close doors and windows. Unattended baggage cannot be received or stored before check-in or after check-out. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and an additional charge; reserving the preceding or following night, if available, guarantees the corresponding extra access. Free cancellation is offered up to 48 hours before check-in, subject to conditions. Travel Support coverage for lost baggage and emergency medical expenses allows claims up to AUD 500, subject to terms and conditions; further details are available from Guest Support after booking.

Getting there

Key collection is offsite, 600 m from the property, and is not available 24/7. Collection details are provided three days before check-in after a successful reservation. Mandatory post-booking ID verification through a secure Stripe ID link must be completed before check-in details are released. Parking clearance is 1.95 m. Bedroom 2 has an approximately 30 cm gap between its walls and the ceiling. Port Melbourne Beach is 4.1 km away, an eight-minute drive; St Kilda Beach is 6.3 km away, a 13-minute drive. Casino East/Queens Bridge St tram station is approximately 650 m away, Flinders Street Railway Station approximately 450 m away, and bus stops are on City Road. Ride-sharing is recommended.
