The house

The entire apartment accommodates four guests and has timber floors, marble finishes and an open-plan living and dining area with a sofa, flat-screen TV, six-person dining table and kitchen breakfast bar. A small private balcony extends the living space.

Bedroom 1 has a queen-size bed, and Bedroom 2 has a double bed. Both have built-in wardrobes and blackout blinds, and share a bathroom with a shower bath. Bedroom 2 is not fully enclosed: there is an approximately 30 cm gap between its walls and the ceiling. Neither bedroom has fans or heaters. Hotel-style linens with a three-sheet setup and towels are provided.

The kitchen includes Smeg appliances, an electric oven, gas stovetop with rangehood, dishwasher, microwave, sandwich maker, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, fridge and freezer, dishes and silverware. Private laundry facilities include a washing machine, dryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board. A small welcome amenity pack is provided.

Guests have access to secure undercover parking, a communal indoor swimming pool and gym. The building has an elevator. The apartment is near Southbank's riverfront dining, shopping and entertainment, with Crown Casino, the National Gallery of Victoria and Kings Domain nearby. Long-term stays are also allowed. Children aged 2–12 are welcome.
