House rules
Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00. Parties, antisocial behaviour and smoking are prohibited. Additional visitors and pets require prior approval. Do not wear shoes inside, and report any breakages. Breaches may result in a $500 fine, compensation for costs or damage, and immediate eviction. Mandatory identity verification is required after booking before check-in details are released. At departure, leave beds unmade, wash and put away dishes, return furniture to its original position, remove rubbish into the correct bins, turn off appliances and lights, and close doors and windows. Unattended baggage cannot be received or kept before check-in or after checkout. Early check-in and late checkout are subject to availability and an additional charge; guaranteed access requires booking the preceding or following night, subject to availability. Free cancellation is offered up to 48 hours before check-in, subject to conditions.
Getting there
Bookings must be for at least three months. Lewisham train station is about 850 metres away, with trains to Sydney CBD taking around 15 minutes. Lewisham West light-rail station is 900 metres away, with services to Sydney CBD taking 30 minutes. Buses run along New Canterbury Road. Coogee Beach is 12.1 km away, a 21-minute drive; Bondi Beach is 14.4 km away, a 24-minute drive. Sydney Airport is 10.4 km away, a 15-minute drive. Ride-sharing is recommended.
