The house

The entire studio accommodates two guests and has a queen-size bed with blackout blinds, living and dining areas, a sofa, a work desk and a flat-screen TV with Netflix. The private furnished patio has an outdoor dining area. The apartment is in a manor-style complex with gardens and a shared ground-floor lounge.

The separate kitchen includes stainless-steel appliances, a combination microwave/oven, induction stovetop with rangehood, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The large, sunlit bathroom has a hairdryer. Hotel-style linens with a three-sheet setup and towels are provided, along with a small welcome amenity pack. Laundry facilities include a combination washer/dryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Heating and Wi-Fi are available; there is no air conditioning.

Free outdoor parking is available on the driveway and side streets, with additional parking on Eltham Street. A basement provides bicycle and luggage storage. Lewisham train station is approximately 850 metres away, and Lewisham West light rail is 900 metres away. Restaurant and café strips are nearby along New Canterbury Road.

Self check-in is available. Mandatory identity verification must be completed after booking before check-in details are released. Children aged 2–12 are welcome. Travel Support coverage for lost baggage and emergency medical expenses is offered up to 500 AUD, subject to terms and conditions.
