House rules

The responsible renter must be at least 25, unless unit-specific terms or law set a different minimum, provide proof of age on request and remain at the property throughout the rental. Younger guests must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Occupancy must not exceed the reservation count or maximum of four guests. Stays are temporary only, not permanent residence. Quiet hours are 10 p.m.–8 a.m. Smoking of any kind is prohibited throughout the property, including outdoor areas. Pets require authorization in the reservation; bona fide service animals are permitted as required by law, and emotional support animals require authorization as pets. Parties, events, commercial photography or filming, tents and other structures require Avari's written permission and may incur additional fees. Charcoal grills and illegal activity, including unlawful internet downloads, are prohibited. Follow parking rules and lock doors and windows when away. A mandatory daily resort fee of $50 plus tax per room, subject to change, is charged with the reservation at booking. Additional parking charges apply where applicable: overnight valet $65; overnight self-parking $35; visitor valet $40/hr; visitor self-parking $30/hr. Subject to booking-channel terms, guests may be charged for damage or loss, up to $1,000 for pet-policy violations, and up to $500 for additional cleaning, or actual cost if greater, for rule violations or excessive mess. Applicable fines and related damages may also be charged. Late departure may incur a fee of up to one night's rental. Rule violations may result in termination and removal without refund. Report maintenance, housekeeping or safety issues promptly and allow reasonable time for correction. Entry may occur with reasonable notice, or immediately in an emergency. Unit-specific terms override general terms; booking-channel terms control in a conflict.

Getting there

The condo is on the eighth floor, with elevators available. Ski-in/ski-out access depends on snow conditions and operation of the Palisades Tahoe lift, and may be unavailable early or late in the season. Lake Tahoe is 10 minutes away.
