The apartment has a terrace with mountain views, outdoor dining space, two sun loungers and beach chairs. An adjoining glazed barbecue area has sofas. The upper private terrace is reached via communal stairs.
The living-dining room has air conditioning and a television. The traditional Mallorcan-style kitchen has a gas hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer, crockery and preparation space. A laundry room provides a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Wi-Fi and gas central heating are available, along with towels and a hair dryer.
There are two twin bedrooms, one double bedroom and one single bedroom. All four have wardrobes and direct balcony access; three bedrooms have air conditioning. Bedroom 1 has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and space for a cot and high chair. A second bathroom with a shower serves the accommodation.
The apartment is in the centre of Port de Pollença, near the square's restaurants, bars and shops. The area can be noisy, particularly in summer. A street market takes place on Wednesdays, and the surrounding mountains offer hiking and cycling routes. Puerto de Pollença beach is approximately 400 metres away.
