Intended for families and guests over 25 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are not permitted. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Copies of identification documents for all guests are required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. A damage deposit of 300.00 EUR is payable to the owner on arrival. The Ecotasa tourist tax is payable in cash at check-in: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is halved from the ninth day of the stay; guests under 16 are exempt.

Access to the upper private terrace is via communal stairs. The central square area can be noisy, especially in summer. Puerto de Pollença beach is 0.40 km away; a supermarket is 0.2 km away and the bus stop is 0.35 km away. Son Sant Joan Airport is 69.3 km away, Sa Pobla train station is 21.6 km away, Port de Alcúdia ferry terminal is 12 km away, Club Golf Pollença is 9.3 km away and Hospital Comarcal d'Inca is 31 km away.
