Charming and cozy apartment with shared swimming pool and surrounded by greenery, located in Tremestieri Etneo, in a perfect setting to experience Sicilian authenticity.

The interior layout of the accommodation features an open-plan living area furnished with a double sofa bed, a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. The sleeping area comprises two spacious bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, one of which has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and bidet. Guests have access to the stunning communal swimming pool, surrounded by the greenery of the shared garden and equipped with sun loungers, making it ideal for relaxing.

*The shared swimming pool is open from the 1st of May to the 30th of September. The use of a swimming cap may be required.

Just a short walk away, you'll find dirt ski slopes and nature trails, ideal for high-altitude excursions. The Etna volcano, Taormina, and the beautiful bays of the Ionian coast are all within easy reach, making this the ideal place to stay for those seeking culture, nature, and comfort.

The city of Catania boasts a splendid historic center, protected by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site. Its architectural wonders, as well as the liveliness of the popular markets, the wild beauty of Mount Etna, and the clear sea of the coast, will captivate you. The Cathedral of Sant’Agata (the patron saint of the city), the Bellini Theater, the popular markets, Via Etnea, the magnificent Monastery of the Benedictines (home to the Department of Humanities at the University), and Mount Etna are just some of the wonders of this city.
