Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Contact the team for more information before travelling with pets. Arrange your check-in time with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. Check-in runs from 15:00 or 16:00, depending on the destination, until 20:00. Late check-in and check-out are available on request and subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of €20–€40. A tourist tax may be payable upon arrival or a few days before arrival; the amount depends on local regulations, with reservation details available in the Wonderful Italy Guest Area. A swimming cap may be required in the shared pool.

Catania Fontanarossa Airport is less than 30 minutes away by car.
