House rules
No pets, smoking, parties or events. Quiet hours are 21:00–06:00. The property is not suitable for children aged 2–12 or infants under 2. Parties or events may result in eviction and charges for damage or additional cleaning. For bookings longer than seven nights, a mandatory mid-stay clean is scheduled every seven nights, on Day 8, Day 15 and so on. Each clean costs R560, separate from the standard cleaning fee, and includes fresh linen, light cleaning and trash removal. Payment is required in advance through Airbnb’s Resolution Centre before check-in. Linen may be used for a maximum of seven nights before replacement.
Getting there
Camps Bay and Clifton beaches are a 15-minute Uber ride away. A tourist bus stop is across the road in front of the Planetarium; the Upper Long St MyCiTi stop is around the corner in front of Long Street Cafe. Scheduled loadshedding may interrupt electricity for a few hours at a time. Potential construction disturbance may occur during municipal construction hours of 06:00–18:00, Monday to Saturday. The property is not suitable for children aged 2–12 or infants under 2.
