Pets, smoking and events are not allowed. Remove all rubbish and leave the property tidy before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. Mandatory Ecotasa applies to guests aged 16 and over: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.20 in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay. Consult the advertiser about possible additional charges.
