The house

The rustic 250 m² house extends over two floors. The ground-floor bedroom has a double bed, and each of the two first-floor bedrooms has two single beds. All three bedrooms have air conditioning. A cot and highchair are available on request.

The ground floor has a dining room with a table and chairs and a separate equipped gas kitchen, including a microwave and oven/stove. Upstairs, the living room has two sofas, a table and a TV. Central heating, a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board are available. Wi-Fi and exterior parking for four cars are free.

Outside, the garden contains fruit trees whose fruit guests may taste. The chlorine pool measures 10 × 5 m and ranges from 1 to 2.60 m deep. There are six sun loungers, a furnished porch, a large furnished terrace and barbecue facilities. The property is fenced and has close neighbours.

Cala Santanyí beach is 7.9 km away. Other beaches reachable by car include Caló des Burgit, Caló des Moro, Caló des Macs and Cala s’Almonia. Santanyí offers supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars, a pharmacy and a medical centre. Cala d’Or is within 10 km, and Palma is 50 minutes away.

Pets, smoking and events are not allowed. Guests must remove rubbish and leave the property tidy before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. A mandatory Ecotasa applies to guests aged 16 and over, from €0.55 per guest per night in low season to €2.20 in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
