House rules
Intended for families and guests over 25 seeking a peaceful stay. Bookings for parties or celebrations are not accepted, and events are forbidden. Pets are not allowed. Fireplaces cannot be used. Copies of all guests’ identification documents are required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. The mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax is payable in cash on site at check-in: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay. Guests under 16 are exempt.
Getting there
The house is arranged over two storeys. Can Pere Antoni Beach is 6.7 km away. Son Sardina town is 0.85 km away and the bus stop is 0.29 km away, with public transport connections to Palma. Exterior parking is limited to five cars. Maintenance staff live next door.
