The house

The house has a simple, classic interior and six bedrooms. The ground floor has a dining room with TV, a spacious kitchen with a gas stove, one twin bedroom and one double bedroom. There are two shower bathrooms on this floor, one en suite. Upstairs are another living room and four bedrooms: three with double beds and one with a trundle bed. This floor has two shower bathrooms, one en suite. A fifth bathroom with a shower is outdoors.

The garden has a pergola, barbecue and poolside sun loungers. The private chlorine pool measures 6.7 × 6.2 metres and is 1.6–1.8 metres deep. Air conditioning is available in all rooms, along with Wi-Fi, a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Two cots and two high chairs are provided. Exterior parking accommodates five cars. Maintenance staff live next door.

Son Sardina has supermarkets, bars and restaurants, and nearby bus stops provide public transport to Palma. Can Pere Antoni is the closest beach, 6.7 km away. Son Sardina town is 0.85 km away, the bus stop 0.29 km, Palma train station 5.3 km, Golf Son Vida 7.9 km, Palma de Mallorca airport 14.1 km, the ferry terminal 11.7 km and Hospital Universitari Son Espases 2.5 km away.

The accommodation is intended for families and guests over 25 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations, events and pets are not permitted, and fireplaces cannot be used. Copies of all guests’ identification documents are required to confirm the reservation. Tourist tax is payable in cash at check-in.
