The upstairs double bedroom and one twin bedroom have air conditioning.
The backyard has a private chlorine pool measuring 8 × 3 metres, with depths from 0.90 to 1.80 metres, eight sun loungers, a mobile barbecue and an outdoor dining area. The property is fenced and has immediate neighbours.
