The apartment is in a residential complex with gardens. Its large private furnished patio has a barbecue, and there is also an interior courtyard. Inside are a living-dining room with Smart TV and an open kitchen with a ceramic hob, microwave and cooking utensils. Air conditioning covers all rooms, and free Wi-Fi is available.
The first bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. The second bedroom has two single beds; a separate bathroom has a shower. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are provided. A cot and highchair can be supplied for children.
The shared chlorinated pool measures 25 by 10 metres, with depths of 0.9–1.2 metres and a separate 0.5-metre-deep area. The shared jacuzzi uses cold water only. Pool hours are 09:00–22:00, with year-round opening subject to community regulations and seasonal changes without notice; updated information is available on arrival.
