Events and smoking are not permitted. Pets must weigh no more than 15 kg. Consult the advertiser about possible additional charges. Dispose of all rubbish and leave the apartment properly tidied before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. The mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.20 per guest per night in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
