House rules
Events and smoking are not allowed. The wood-fired oven must not be used; the barbecue may be used. Consult the advertiser about possible charges. A damage deposit of 300.00 EUR applies. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on arrival: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is halved from the ninth day of the stay; guests under 16 are exempt.
Getting there
A car is essential for travelling around the island and accessing the beaches. Cala Santanyí Beach is 11.3 km away. The house has accommodation on two floors and next-door neighbours. Only two bedrooms have closets.
