The house

The house occupies a secluded, forest-surrounded setting with next-door neighbours and a fenced plot. The property has 240 m² of indoor space on a 10,000 m² plot. Outdoors are a garden, terrace, furnished shaded porch with barbecue, table tennis, eight sun loungers, a parasol and an outdoor shower. The private chlorine pool measures 6 × 10 metres and is 0.8–2.1 metres deep.

The living room has air conditioning, satellite television and a DVD player. The kitchen includes an induction hob, microwave, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, blender, toaster, coffee machine, juicer and crockery. The adjoining dining table seats eight. A laundry room contains a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Towels, a hair dryer and a safe are provided.

The ground floor has one bedroom with a double bed, one with two single beds, and two bathrooms: one with a shower and one with a bathtub. Upstairs are another twin bedroom, another double bedroom and a bathroom with a bathtub and bidet. All four bedrooms have air conditioning; only two have closets. A cot and high chair are available on request.

The rural surroundings offer opportunities for cycling and hiking. Cala Santanyí Beach is 11.3 km away, and a car is essential for getting around the island and reaching beaches such as Cala Santanyí, Cala S’Almonia and Cala Llombards. Son Sant Joan Airport is 41.9 km away. Pets are welcome.
