Intended for families and guests over 23 years old seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are not accepted. Pets and smoking are not allowed. A copy of every guest's identification document is required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser about possible charges. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on site at check-in: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay. Guests under 16 are exempt.

Sineu train station and bus stop are each 1.3 km away, Son Sant Joan airport is 40.6 km away, Puerto de Palma ferry port is 45.6 km away and Hospital de Manacor is 23.9 km away. Exterior parking accommodates two cars.
