The house

The garden has a private saltwater pool measuring 7 × 3 metres, with depths from 0.9 to 1.5 metres, sun loungers and a relaxation area. A porch sits behind the house.

The main floor has a living-dining room with TV and air conditioning, an equipped Majorcan kitchen with gas hob and microwave, and a laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is a bathroom with bathtub and two bedrooms with wardrobes: one with two single beds and one with a double bed. Upstairs are a further double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. All three bedrooms have air conditioning. One cot and one highchair are available. Free Wi-Fi and free exterior parking for two cars are provided.

Sineu is 500 metres away, with a Wednesday street market and traditional Mallorcan restaurants known as cellers. Can Picafort beach is about 22.7 km away and Golf Son Gual is 29.2 km away. The villa is intended for families and guests over 23 seeking a peaceful stay; parties, celebrations, events, pets and smoking are not permitted. Tourist tax is payable in cash at check-in.
