House rules
The accommodation is intended for families and guests over 25 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are not accepted. Smoking and pets are not allowed. Copies of identification documents for all guests are required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on arrival: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay; guests under 16 are exempt.

The house occupies two floors. Es Caló des Borgit beach in Portopetro is 3 km away. Portopetro and its bus stop on Passeig des Port are 2.5 km away. Beaches including Es Trenc, Cala Mondragó, Cala Santanyí and Cala D'Or can be reached by car. Son Sant Joan Airport is 50.4 km away; Manacor railway station is 34.6 km away, Port de Palma ferry terminal is 60.9 km away and Hospital de Manacor is 36.3 km away.
