The private property has no direct neighbours. Outdoors are a 10 × 5 m chlorine pool, 1–1.70 m deep, an outdoor shower, sun loungers, lawns and a poolside porch with a barbecue. Fruit trees surround the house; plums, almonds and carob beans can be collected in season.
The house is arranged over two floors. The ground floor has an open-plan living area with satellite TV and music facilities, a dining area and a ceramic-hob kitchen opening onto the porch. There is one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs are another twin bedroom, a second bathroom with a shower and an unfurnished terrace. All bedrooms have wardrobes, up to two radiators and air conditioning. A cot and high chair are available. The kitchen has a washing machine, and an iron and ironing board are provided.
Portopetro is 2.5 km away, with grocery stores, bars and restaurants. Es Caló des Borgit beach is 3 km away. Es Trenc, Cala Mondragó, Cala Santanyí and Cala D'Or can be reached by car. Cala D'Or is about 6.5 km away, and Palma is about 55 km away.
