Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. Consult the advertiser for possible additional charges. A mandatory Balearic tourist tax (Ecotasa) applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
Getting there
The house has two storeys, with two bedrooms and the laundry upstairs. Selva centre is 550 m away; the nearest beach, Platja d’Alcúdia, is 25 km away. Outdoor parking is limited to two cars.
