The house

The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main floor includes an air-conditioned living-dining room with a sofa, satellite TV and music facilities, plus a kitchen with a ceramic hob, microwave, oven and breakfast table. A double bedroom with a wardrobe and fan is on this floor. Upstairs are a twin bedroom with a fan and a double bedroom with air conditioning; both have wardrobes. An additional upstairs living area has views that can extend to the sea on clear days. A cot and high chair are available. The upstairs laundry has a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.

Outside, a private saltwater pool measures 5.75 × 2.75 m and is 1.2–1.65 m deep. Artificial lawn, sun loungers and an outdoor shower surround the pool area. The porch provides space for outdoor meals and relaxing on sofas, and a barbecue is available. The house is solar powered, with free Wi-Fi and free outdoor parking for two cars.

Selva centre is 550 m away and has bars, a supermarket and restaurants. The location provides a base for hiking in the Sierra de Tramuntana. Platja d’Alcúdia is the nearest beach, 25 km away. Son Sant Joan Airport is 41.6 km away, Golf Pollença 21.4 km, Inca train station 6.5 km, Selva bus stop 250 m, Port d’Alcúdia ferry terminal 25 km and Hospital Comarcal d’Inca 5.7 km.
