Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. A resident cat lives on the property, and the owner visits daily to feed it. Consult the advertiser about possible charges. The mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax is payable in cash on arrival: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is halved from the ninth day of the stay. Guests under 16 are exempt.
