The house

The 340 m² house spans two floors. The ground-floor bedroom has a single bed and wardrobe. Upstairs, three bedrooms each have a double bed, and a fourth has a double bed and a bunk bed. One double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and bathtub. The other bathrooms are a ground-floor shower room and an upstairs bathroom with a bathtub. A cot and high chair are available on request.

There are two lounges: one with a sofa, armchair, coffee table, TV and piano, and a living-dining room with a sofa, coffee table, dining table and fireplace. The equipped kitchen has a gas stove and cooking utensils; a microwave is also available. The house has oil-fired central heating, a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Free Wi-Fi is available.

Outside are a large garden with fruit trees, two equipped porches, a barbecue, six sunbeds and a fenced chlorine pool measuring 12 × 7 m, with depths from 0.8 to 2.8 m. Free exterior parking accommodates seven cars.

Son Mesquida is 3 km from Felanitx and its services. Felanitx holds a Sunday market, and Santanyí holds a Saturday market. Local excursions include Castell de Santueri, Castell de Sant Salvador and the coves of Cala d’Or, Cala Mondragó, Portopetro, Cala Figuera and Cala Murada. A resident cat lives on the property, and the owner visits daily to feed it.
