Intended for families and guests over 30 years old seeking a peaceful stay. Bookings for parties or celebrations are not accepted, and events are forbidden. Pets are not allowed. A copy of every guest’s identification document is required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. The mandatory Balearic Islands tourist tax (Ecotasa) applies to all guests except those under 16: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
