The house

The porch overlooks an 8 × 4 m saltwater pool, with depths from 0.80 to 2.50 m. There are two sun loungers beside the pool and a large electric griddle for outdoor meals.

The living-dining room opens onto the outdoors and has satellite TV, music facilities and a pellet stove for colder days. The kitchen has a gas hob. Both bedrooms have wardrobes and air conditioning: one has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, while the other has two single beds. A second, shared bathroom has a shower. A cot and highchair are available for a baby. A separate laundry area has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Wi-Fi and exterior parking for three cars are available.

Binissalem has restaurants, terrace bars and local vineyards with Designation of Origin wines, as well as highway connections. A market takes place in the Church square on Fridays from 08:00 to 15:00, selling local produce including vegetables, fruit and cheese. Playa de Palma is a 20–25-minute drive away, and Port de Sóller can be reached in 45 minutes.

The accommodation is intended for families and guests over 30 seeking a peaceful stay. Pets, parties, celebrations and events are not permitted. Guest identification is required to confirm the reservation, and a mandatory tourist tax applies.
