Pets, smoking and events are not allowed. The wood stove cannot be used. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Before departure, dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied; otherwise, €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. Mandatory Ecotasa applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
