The chalet sits between two lakes and has a fenced gravel garden, outdoor dining space, a barbecue and a porch with a swinging hammock. Neighbouring properties are nearby.
The living room has a sofa, TV, CD player and air conditioning, and connects to the dining area and kitchen. The kitchen has a ceramic hob and microwave. A separate laundry room contains a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
All three bedrooms have wardrobes. One has a single bed; the other two each have two twin beds, a fan and space for a baby cot and high chair. A corridor air-conditioning unit cools the bedroom area. There is one indoor bathroom with a shower and an additional outdoor toilet.
Free Wi-Fi and free exterior parking for one car are available. Puerto de Alcúdia has shops, restaurants, cafés and water sports. Alcanada Golf is 7.6 km away, and Alcúdia's street markets take place on Tuesdays and Sundays.
