The balcony overlooks Edithvale Beach and the ocean. Downstairs, a private courtyard has an outdoor dining table seating six.
The primary bedroom is downstairs with a queen bed. Upstairs, the second bedroom has a queen bed and the third has two single beds; both upstairs bedrooms have ocean views. There is one full bathroom and one half bathroom. The full bathroom includes a separate shower and bathtub, complimentary toiletries and a hair dryer.
The private laundry includes a washing machine, dryer, drying rack and iron. Two free driveway parking spaces are available.
