The house

The main living area has ocean views, comfortable seating, an HD TV and split-system heating and cooling. A second sitting area sits near the kitchen, which includes an oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, kettle and toaster. The indoor dining table seats six.

The balcony overlooks Edithvale Beach and the ocean. Downstairs, a private courtyard has an outdoor dining table seating six.

The primary bedroom is downstairs with a queen bed. Upstairs, the second bedroom has a queen bed and the third has two single beds; both upstairs bedrooms have ocean views. There is one full bathroom and one half bathroom. The full bathroom includes a separate shower and bathtub, complimentary toiletries and a hair dryer.

The private laundry includes a washing machine, dryer, drying rack and iron. Two free driveway parking spaces are available. Local cafés are within walking distance, and the train station is a short stroll away. The Edithvale-Seaford Wetlands and a nearby golf course offer additional outings. The home is best suited to mature families or guests seeking a peaceful, private getaway.
