The house

The house accommodates up to six guests and has open living spaces, hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, and a furnished living room with a flat-screen TV. The open kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a microwave, and cookware; the dining table seats six and overlooks the yard through sliding glass doors. Heating, Wi-Fi, linens, bath and beach towels, a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board, and a washer and dryer are provided.

All four bedrooms are on the main floor and have air conditioning and closets. The primary bedroom has a king bed and a full ensuite bathroom with a shower. The other three bedrooms each have a queen bed; two have a balcony or deck. There is also a separate full bathroom with a shower/tub combination and a half bathroom.

The fenced backyard includes an uncovered patio with furniture and an umbrella, a gas grill, four lounge chairs, a furnished pool house, a private heated gunite pool with a spa, and a hot tub. An outdoor shower provides hot and cold water. Four beach chairs, towels, and a beach umbrella are available. The Dunes and Atlantic Beach are within walking distance, and Amagansett Village is less than a mile away.

The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation. Outdoor facilities and equipment are subject to seasonal availability.
