The house

The home has 2,200 square feet of living space, an open floorplan, vaulted ceilings, skylights and contemporary furnishings. A private gated drive leads to the wooded property. The living room has a sectional, flat-screen TV, wood-burning fireplace, windows and French doors overlooking the grounds. The dining table seats eight; the adjacent kitchen has granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, a microwave and a breakfast bar seating four.

Two bedrooms are on the main floor: a king primary suite with deck access and an ensuite bathroom with a jetted tub, and a bedroom with a bunk bed. Upstairs are two queen bedrooms with TVs and a shared bathroom with an oversized shower. A second main-floor bathroom has a shower/tub combination. All four bedrooms have air conditioning and closets.

Outside, a mahogany deck surrounds the private heated swimming pool and hot tub. There are outdoor dining and seating areas, a gas Viking grill, six lounge chairs and a wood-burning fire pit. The yard is fenced, but the pool is not. An outdoor shower has hot and cold water. Recreation equipment includes tennis rackets and balls, a basketball court, three adult bicycles, two children's bicycles, four beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach toys and a cooler. Bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board, a washer and dryer are provided. The home also has heating and Wi-Fi.

Bay beaches are within walking distance, and East Hampton village is a short drive away. The property is East Hampton Rental Registry compliant, number 19-799. After booking confirmation, the homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication through the Elite program.
