The fenced property offers privacy, two porches with dining tables, a built-in barbecue, a children's play area, a garden, sun loungers and parasols. The private chlorine pool measures 5 × 3 metres, is 1–2 metres deep and has a fence. An outdoor bathroom has a shower.
The ground floor contains a living room with satellite TV and a decorative fireplace, a separate dining room seating six, and a kitchen with a wood stove, induction hob and breakfast table. Kitchen equipment includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer and crockery. A separate laundry room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The ground-floor bedroom has one double bed, with a shower bathroom also on this floor. Upstairs, two bedrooms each have two single beds and access to a large terrace; a further shower bathroom serves this level. Four fans, Wi-Fi, towels, a hair dryer and a safe are provided. A cot and high chair are available; an optional extra cot costs €4 per night.
