Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. Dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied before departure; otherwise, €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. A mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay. Consult the advertiser about possible additional charges.

Hospital Juaneda de Muro is 1.6 km away. Parking is limited to one car.
