The fenced outdoor area has an outdoor shower, sun loungers, two large tables and a mobile barbecue. Neighbours are nearby.
On the ground floor, the living-dining room has satellite TV, and the separate equipped kitchen includes a microwave and oven/stove. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available. There is also a ground-floor bathroom with a shower.
Upstairs are three air-conditioned bedrooms: two double bedrooms and one bedroom with a trundle bed. Two bedrooms have balconies. The upper floor has two further bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower. A cot and highchair can be provided for babies.
Free Wi-Fi and free exterior parking for one car are available. There is no pool. Playa de Alcudia is 0.4 km away, and the Estany dels Ponts bus stop is 0.2 km away.
