The house overlooks the village and offers partial privacy. The ground-floor garden has a large paved area, a table tennis table and a portable barbecue. The first-floor furnished terrace has sun loungers and space for outdoor meals. Free exterior parking accommodates one vehicle.
Inside are a living room with satellite TV, a separate furnished dining room and a recently renovated, equipped kitchen with an electric stove and microwave. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available. Wi-Fi is free.
Two bedrooms each have a double bed, and the third has two single beds. Every bedroom has air conditioning, a wardrobe and direct access to the terrace. A cot is available for use in any bedroom. There are two shower bathrooms, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. There is no pool.
Ca'n Picafort Beach is 0.27 km away and the town is 0.1 km away. The village holds a market on Friday mornings. The seafront promenade has bars and ice cream shops; local activities include water sports and boat trips from the port to Formentor.
