House rules
No loud noise between 22:00 and 08:00. No parties, antisocial behaviour or smoking. Additional people and pets require prior approval. Do not wear shoes inside, and report any breakages. Breaches may lead to a $500 fine, compensation for costs or damage, and immediate eviction. Mandatory ID verification through a secure Stripe ID link is required after booking; check-in details are released only after successful verification. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability from the night before and an additional charge; guaranteed early access or later departure requires booking the preceding or additional night, subject to availability. At departure, leave beds unmade, clean and put away dishes, return furniture to its original position, remove rubbish using the correct bins, switch off appliances, air conditioning and lights, and close doors and windows.
Getting there
Level 1 access is by stairs only, with no lift. Redfern station is a 12-minute walk and Central station a 15-minute walk. Sydney Airport is approximately a 15-minute drive away. Unattended baggage cannot be received or stored before check-in or after check-out.
