The house

The townhouse sleeps four guests in two bedrooms: one with a queen bed and one with a double bed. Naturally lit living areas extend into two enclosed courtyards, with seating and plants at the front and outdoor seating and dining at the back. A private entrance and free on-site lock-up garage parking are available.

The equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, electric stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, cooking equipment and utensils, plus a two-seat countertop. The living area has a couch, coffee table, TV with free-to-air and streaming options, and a dining table seating four to six. A washer, dryer, iron, hairdryer, towels, toiletries, room-darkening shades and hotel-style bed linen with a three-sheet setup are provided.

A small welcome amenity pack is included. Air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi and a desk with laptop-friendly workspace are available. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit are provided.

Chippendale offers nearby cafes, shops, galleries and university campuses. Peace Park is a two-minute walk (200 m), Broadway Shopping Centre and White Rabbit Gallery are each a five-minute walk (400 m), Central Park Mall and UTS Campus are a six-minute walk (450 m), and Victoria Park and USYD Campus are a seven-minute walk (500 m). Redfern station is a 12-minute walk and Central station a 15-minute walk. Bus stops on Broadway, Cleveland Street and City Road serve routes throughout the city. Sydney Airport is approximately a 15-minute drive away.

The property is suitable for infants under two and children aged two to twelve. Access is by stairs only to level 1, with no lift. Early arrival and late departure are optional, subject to availability and an additional charge. Unattended baggage cannot be received or stored before check-in or after check-out. Mandatory ID verification must be completed before check-in details are released. Travel Support coverage includes lost baggage and emergency medical expenses, with claims up to 500 AUD, subject to terms and conditions. Free cancellation is offered up to 48 hours before check-in, subject to conditions.
