House rules
No smoking or vaping and no parties. The minimum age to rent is 21. The home is suitable for children and infants. All guests must complete a pre-check-in form and provide official photographic ID before arrival. Standard check-in is between 15:00 and 21:00; contact Veeve to request arrival outside these hours. Check-ins between 21:00 and 23:00 incur an additional fee. Baby cots and high chairs are available for hire, subject to availability. Full refund when cancelling at least five days before check-in; no refund for cancellations less than five days before arrival.
Getting there
The apartment is on the raised ground floor. A single bed is on a library mezzanine in the second bedroom. Hyde Park and Portobello Road are within a 15-minute walk; Westbourne Grove is five minutes away.
