Events and smoking are not permitted. Pets are welcome. Consult the advertiser about possible charges. Dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. The deposit must be paid to the owner on arrival. Mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to all guests except children under 16: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.20 per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
