Listing description
The rustic country house has a large living-dining room with an integrated kitchen, air conditioning and satellite TV. The kitchen includes a gas cooktop and microwave. Both bedrooms have air conditioning and wardrobes: one has a double bed and the other has two single beds. The indoor bathroom has a bathtub and separate shower; a second bathroom outside has a shower. A washing machine, iron, ironing board, baby cot and high chair are provided.
Outside, the private chlorine pool measures 7 × 4 metres, with depths from 1 to 1.70 metres and five sun loungers. The fenced property has a garden, privacy and barbecue dining areas beneath the vines or on the porch. Free Wi-Fi and free outdoor parking for six cars are available. Pets are welcome.
The house is on the outskirts of Santa Margalida, within the municipality of Maria de la Salut. Both towns have supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Can Picafort beach is 12 km away. Events and smoking are not permitted. Guests must remove rubbish and leave the house tidy before departure; otherwise €90 is deducted from the security deposit. A mandatory tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over, and the deposit is payable to the owner on arrival.
