House rules

Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00, with no loud music, gatherings or noise during these hours. Visitors and outside guests require advance host approval. Parties and events require written host approval before the stay. Pets require specific host approval before arrival. Smoking is permitted outdoors only; no indoor smoking, open flames or candles. Do not exceed six guests or rearrange furniture. Commercial photography and filming require prior written host approval. Report damage or maintenance issues immediately. Lock doors and windows when leaving. Turn off air conditioning and heating when leaving the property, and lights and fans when leaving rooms. Conserve water and do not leave taps running unnecessarily. Before departure, wash dishes, leave the kitchen clean, put used towels and linens in the bathroom and dispose of trash in designated bins. Optional concierge services are charged only after confirmation. Published starting charges, including IVA, are: Chef Pablo $82 per person; Jorge Avendaño $164 per person; Chef Donnie Masterton $164 per person; Mariachi Serenade $318; jacuzzi heating $33; flower bouquet $82. The Moderate cancellation policy provides a full refund for cancellation at least five days before check-in; cancellation less than five days before check-in receives a 50% refund of the nightly rate. After check-in, nights spent are charged plus 50% of unspent nights.

Getting there

The apartment is on the third floor, accessible by elevator or stairs. The Jardin and Parroquia are two blocks away; restaurants, shops and galleries are within a few minutes’ flat walk. The rooftop terrace is shared. The jacuzzi closes on Tuesdays for cleaning.
