The house

The apartment occupies the third and top floor of the renovated Casa Pandurata building, with access by elevator or stairs. It accommodates up to six guests in two bedrooms and a living-room pullout sofa bed. Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with showers, natural light and double-pane glazing. An open-plan kitchen, small dining area and living area with TV separate the bedrooms. The apartment includes air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, bed linens and towels.

The kitchen includes cookware, a coffee maker, microwave and oven/stove; a desk and clothing storage are also available. A crib is available, and the accommodation is designated child-friendly.

The private patio offers views of local churches. The shared rooftop terrace has outdoor seating and views of San Francisco Cathedral and the Parroquia. Guests can use a jacuzzi from 09:00 to 22:00 every day except Tuesday, when it closes for cleaning. Optional jacuzzi heating starts at $33, IVA included, subject to confirmation.

The Jardin and Parroquia are two blocks away. Restaurants, shops and art galleries are within a few minutes’ flat walk. Parking is advertised. Concierge services are included with direct bookings; optional experiences and services require confirmation before charges are made.
