The 82 m² townhouse has an entrance terrace for outdoor dining and a rear terrace with a mobile barbecue. The ground floor contains a living-dining room with Smart TV, air conditioning and a ceiling fan, a separate renovated kitchen with a ceramic hob, and a bathroom with a shower. Kitchen equipment includes a microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, blender, toaster, coffee machine, juicer and crockery.
All three bedrooms are on the first floor. The first has a double bed, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. The second has two single beds and air conditioning. The third has two single beds and a ceiling fan. A further bathroom with a bathtub is on this floor. A washing machine, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, towels, safe, crib and high chair are available. Wi-Fi and exterior parking for one vehicle are free. There is no pool.
The house is on a quiet private street beside Chipiona Lighthouse. Regla Beach is 150 meters away and has services, beach bars and a seaside promenade toward the Monastery of Our Lady of Regla. Cala del Faro is also given as 150 meters away. A supermarket is 300 meters away, a pharmacy 600 meters away and a bank 650 meters away. Jerez Airport is 42.9 km away; El Puerto de Santa María train station is 30.4 km away.
Pets, events and smoking are not permitted. A damage deposit of 100.00 EUR and mandatory final cleaning of 100€/stay apply.
