The house accommodates six guests in three double bedrooms, with a double sofa bed available for two additional guests. Each bedroom has a wardrobe. Bedroom 3 has an en-suite shower bathroom, a basic kitchen and direct access to the pool. A second bathroom has a bathtub. Two bedrooms have air conditioning. A cot and high chair are available.
The open-plan kitchen, living and dining area incorporates exposed rock and has air conditioning, a gas hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, blender, citrus juicer and crockery. There is a television and CD player, plus a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Towels and a hair dryer are provided.
Outside, the private saltwater pool measures 8 × 7 m and is 1.8 m deep. There is an outdoor shower, an artificial-lawn area with four sun loungers, parasols, gardens, a terrace and barbecue. The surrounding lawn area is fenced. Wi-Fi and parking for two cars are available.
