The house

The approximately 2,500-square-foot home has an open-plan main level with vaulted, exposed-beam ceilings, hardwood floors, two living rooms and a window-lined sunroom with a bistro table. The fully equipped kitchen includes a large island, modern appliances, a coffee maker and cooking essentials. Sliding doors connect the living area to the backyard. Central air conditioning, heating, a washer and dryer, a Sonos speaker system and a dedicated work-from-home nook are available.

The main-floor primary bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet and backyard access. A clawfoot soaking tub sits in the bedroom, and its ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower. The lower-level guest bedroom has a queen bed, streaming TV and private backyard access. A nearby hall bathroom has a shower/tub combination; a powder room is on the main floor. Both bedrooms have air conditioning and balcony/deck access.

Outdoor areas include a deck, paved dining patio, gas barbecue, chaise chairs, lounge seating and a fire pit, surrounded by mature landscaping. The backyard is not fenced. Driveway parking is limited to two cars. The town center, beaches and restaurants are minutes away, with nearby hiking trails, state parks and open spaces.

The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation. Reservations require approval before confirmation. Outdoor furniture and equipment availability outside Memorial Day through Labor Day must be checked before booking.
