The house

Upstairs, Bedroom 4 has a queen bed and full ensuite bathroom, while Bedrooms 5 and 6 each have a king bed and Jack-and-Jill ensuite bathroom access.

Outdoor spaces include a landscaped yard, a private heated pool, multiple seating areas, a patio, and outdoor dining with a gas BBQ. The home is on a private block minutes from East Hampton Village. Nearby beaches include Main Beach, Georgica Beach, Wiborg Beach, Eqypt Beach, and Two Mile Hollow Beach.

The property has an alarm system and keyless entry. Under the Elite program, the homeowner handles on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
